Access Statement for 56 Greenhill

Introduction

56 A Greenhill is a purpose-built ground floor apartment. 

56 B Greenhill is a purpose-built first floor apartment. Stairs to the property are on the outside of the building. Once in the apartment there are no further stairs to access all the rooms.

56 C Greenhill is a purpose-built second floor apartment. Stairs to the property are on the outside of the building to the first floor, and on the inside of the building to the second floor. Once in the apartment itself, there are no further stairs to access all the rooms.

The apartments are situated about a mile from Weymouth town centre.

56 A Greenhill has a space for one car.

56 B Greenhill has a lock-up garage for one car.

56 C Greenhill has a lock-up garage for one car.

Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

56 A Greenhill is on the ground floor with no stairs. Access to both 56 B and 56 C Greenhill is via external stairs.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc

There are no lifts or escalators in any of the properties.

Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc

Visitors to 56 A Greenhill do not need to climb any stairs to access the property.

Visitors to 56 B Greenhill need to climb one flight of stairs to access the property. Once inside the apartment, there are no further stairs.

Visitors to 56 C Greenhill need to climb two flights of stairs to access the property. Once inside the apartment, there are no further stairs.
